More courses beckoned and I learned about how our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect our bodies, minds and lives – and more importantly, how to release those stuck emotions/entanglements for my clients. I was living with the worry and fear that I might get breast cancer one day…. That touched a nerve – my Mum, maternal aunt and paternal great aunt had died from breast cancer when they were in their 40s and 50s.
